Below is 11 Pages of Neighbors Concerns/Questions gathered as a result of the neighborhood meeting on Sept 28, 2022.

Submitted to Developer, Church and other for-profit partners on October 4, 2022 and acknowledged receipt by them on that date. 

As of Feb. 2023, despite follow up requests by the neighbors, NO PARTNER has addressed ANY of these Neighborhood Concerns - NOT A PEEP! 

In the January 19, 2023 meeting, a Neighbor asked Shea Connelly why the Developer kept talking about TREES when he had not addressed the 11-page document of Neighborhood Concerns.  Shea Connelly spokesperson said, "Have you read that."   The Neighbor replied that she indeed had read document and asked if the Developer was belittling the Neighbors' concerns.  

---THE DEVELOPER, CHURCH AND FOR-PROFIT PARTNERS NON-RESPONSE TO AN 11-PAGE THOUGHTFUL LIST OF NEIGHBORHOOD CONCERNS SPEAKS TO A BLANTANT DISREGARD FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

---IT CERTAINLY APPEARS THE DEVELOPER AND PARTNERS ARE SIMPLY CHECKING THE BOXES AS THEY ARE REQUIRED TO DO AND DIVERTING ATTENTION TO A DISCUSSION OF PAVERS, FENCE COMPOSITION AND TREES!
